From New York to Palm Beach, we’re thrilled to participate each year in the
Kips Bay Showhouse, a month-long designer showcase for a good cause.
Opening doors just a bit further south, this year’s showhouse in Dallas was
transformed by 27 top creatives who executed their worldly visions in just a few
short weeks.
We teamed up with Doniphan Moore, Rottet Studio, Marcus Mohon,
Sherry Hayslip Interiors and Ten Plus Three to help bring their concepts to life.

1,200-square-foot primary bathroom. Titled ‘Bathed in Moonlight’ the room glows
with warmth and relaxation.
“The beautiful gardens of Dallas
have always been a respite from
daily life, and there is no time
better to celebrate the virtues of
nature,” Rottet says. “Bringing in
its verdant hues and textures, our
entry foyer becomes the heart of
the home—welcoming, refreshing,
and cleansing.”

With a simple colour shift, Waves by Adam Hunter takes the stairs in a soft
palette of green and silver to create the ultimate ‘Garden Within’ for
