Shipping to the US, Caribbean and South American addresses are made by UPS and will require a signature upon of delivery. We endeavour to make them within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for items in stock. Shipping charges are calculated by volumetric weight and are shown at the time of order. Please note that delivery during the Holidays will be processed within 7-10 days.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not completely happy, you may return it to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange - provided that the item is returned complete and in original condition. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. We cover return shipping cost for full priced items. Return shipping charges on Archived rugs are client's responsibility.
