Sample Request Process
Discover the process of requesting samples with The Rug Company
Due to the handmade quality of our designs, we have a limited number of samples available. Find the design on our website, add a sample to your basket and enter you details at checkout. A member of our team will then be in contact with what is available.
About Our Samples
Designed to last a lifetime, our rugs are handcrafted by our artisanal weavers with
meticulous attention to detail. Our samples provide the same exceptional quality while
offering a shorter lead time, helping you find the perfect rug for your space.
How It Works
- · As you browse our products, you can add your desired samples to a list. When you're ready, you can submit your sample list through our website.
- · The availability of your samples will be confirmed by email once your request has been reviewed by our team.
- · We'll contact you to take a deposit once your request is confirmed, and you'll be refunded once the samples are returned to us.
- · We ask that all samples are returned within 30 days of receipt, and we'll ship them to you along with a pre-paid returns label.
- · Typically, due to the hand-made nature of our samples, we will charge $100 per sample if they're not returned within the specified time frame. However, if you need to keep them for longer, just drop us a line to let us know.
- · Please note that you can request a maximum of 5 samples.
