Delivery and Returns
Deliveries to US, Caribbean and South American addresses are made by UPS using the quickest route. Shipping charges are calculated by volumetric weight, and are shown at the time of order.
For delivery to Belgium, Canada, Lebanon, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Sweden, South Africa, Taiwan or United Arab Emirates, please contact the relevant showroom.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not completely happy, you may return it to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange - provided that the item is returned complete and in original condition. The Rug Company will cover the cost of shipping (both delivery and return) within the UK, but charges may be incurred for shipping outside of the UK. Read ourTerms and Conditions for more details.
To return an item, you must first contact us. We will then arrange for UPS to collect the item from you. Returns can be collected from your home, work or alternative address.
It is recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make returning items easier. If you no longer have the original packaging we can suggest alternatives or send you new packaging free of charge.
