Aubusson tapestry rugs

Since the 16th Century the floors and walls of the great Chateaux of France and beyond were covered in Aubusson tapestry weavings. In recent times the techniques and patterns have been continued in small specialist workshops, and we have reinvigorated this art form with a dazzling array of contemporary designs alongside the faithful originals.
